The essence of the game is to hit the ball and score the maximum number of points in the field, while preventing the opponent from doing so. The main actors in cricket are batsman, wicket keeper and bowler. The moves are called innings. Within each innings, the bowler must throw a shot at the opponent’s batsman through the entire pitch. In this case, the batsman tries to reflect the throw so that the ball flew as far away from the opponent as possible. Official kudo competitions are held in 3 age categories:
- boys and girls (12 to 15 years old);
- junior rank (from 16 to 17 years old);
- men and women (18 years and older).
